Day 02 :
Kampala to Lake Mburo
- Arise for an early morning breakfast, and depart from Kampala for Lake Mburo National Park, a scenic drive taking approximately 4-5 hours.
- Enjoy a delicious dinner at your hotel/lodge.
- On arrival, check-in at your hotel/lodge and have a delicious lunch.
- In the afternoon, enjoy an exciting boat cruise on Lake Mburo.
- Enjoy the view of the pool of hippos, and crocodiles.
- Observe the rich bird species in Lake Mburo with over 350 bird species both resident and migratory ranging from waterbirds like African fish eagles, malachite kingfishers, and pied kingfishers.
- Return to your hotel/lodge for a scrumptious dinner and overnight stay.
Day 03 :
Mburo Experience and Boat Cruise
- Start your day with a refreshing breakfast before setting out to explore Lake Mburo National Park.
- Enjoy a game drive through the park, encountering zebras, impalas, buffalos, and other wildlife.
- After lunch, embark on a boat cruise on Lake Mburo, offering unique perspectives of the park’s diverse ecosystems.

Day 04 :
Bwindi National Park
- After breakfast, depart for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, renowned for its population of endangered mountain gorillas. (The journey takes approximately 5-6 hours)

Day 05 :
Gorilla Trekking and Cultural Encounters
- Today is the highlight of your trip as you embark on a gorilla-trekking adventure in Bwindi Forest. After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before beginning your trek. Trek through the dense jungle alongside experienced guides in search of the magnificent mountain gorillas. Spend an unforgettable hour observing these gentle giants in their natural habitat.
- After gorilla trekking, return to your lodge for a scrumptious lunch and relaxation.
- In the afternoon, visit a local community to learn about their traditions, customs, and way of life.

Day 06 :
Bwindi to Kigali City Tour and Departure
- After breakfast, bid farewell to Bwindi as you depart for Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda. (The journey takes approximately 4-5 hours)
- Upon arrival in Kigali, embark on a city tour, visiting key attractions such as the Genocide Memorial Centre and local markets.
- You will enjoy a tasty lunch at a local restaurant before being transferred to the airport for your onward departure or to your accommodation if you plan to extend your stay in Kigali.
