Depart Nairobi early in the morning and drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley towards the Maasai Mara. Stop at a viewpoint if time allows, then continue through Narok and the surrounding Maasai countryside.

Arrive at your camp or lodge around lunchtime, check in and enjoy lunch. Head out for an afternoon game drive in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife before returning for dinner.

Spend the day exploring the Mara’s expansive grasslands and wildlife-rich riverine areas. With your guide, search for predators such as lions, cheetahs and leopards, and observe large herds of plains game.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in a designated area during a full-day game drive, or return to camp for lunch and an afternoon rest before another game drive.

Rise early for a final game drive when wildlife may be active in the cooler morning hours. Return to camp for breakfast, check out and begin the journey back to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon or evening depending on road conditions and stops.
