Depart Nairobi early and drive through the Great Rift Valley and Maasai countryside towards the Mara. Arrive around lunchtime, check in and enjoy lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive.

Look for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife before returning to camp for dinner.

Enjoy a full day of wildlife viewing, exploring different areas of the reserve with your guide. Search for big cats and large herds of plains game, and visit riverine habitats where hippos and crocodiles may be seen.

Enjoy a picnic lunch during the game drive or return to camp for a midday break.

After breakfast, leave the Mara and travel towards Lake Nakuru. The drive takes a substantial part of the day, so an afternoon game drive depends on arrival time and park-entry arrangements.

Begin the day with a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. Search for black and white rhinos, Rothschilds giraffes, buffaloes and the park's diverse birdlife.

After the game drive, continue to Lake Naivasha. Following lunch or check-in, choose an optional boat ride to look for hippos and waterbirds, or arrange a guided walk on Crescent Island, subject to availability.
