Your 8 Days Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater Safari begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel or airport by our professional driver-guide. Depart for Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic drive from Arusha. Upon arrival, check in at your camp/lodge with lunch and later embark on an evening game drive the best time to spot wildlife as animals gather near the lake. Lake Manyara is renowned for its tree-climbing lions, large elephant herds and vibrant birdlife, including thousands of flamingos. In the lush groundwater forest, troops of baboons play in the canopy, while zebras, giraffes, impalas, and hippos graze peacefully below the majestic Rift Valley escarpment. Dinner and overnight at Lodge or Camp.
After breakfast, check out and depart for the legendary Serengeti National Park, traveling via the Olduvai Gorge, one of the world’s most significant archaeological sites. Visit the small museum to learn about early human fossils discovered by Dr. Louis Leakey.
Continue across the rolling plains dotted with acacia trees and wildlife. Upon arrival check in at your camp/lodge with lunch in Serengeti. After a short rest, enjoy your first game drive as the sun begins to set, casting a golden glow over the savannah. Dinner and overnight at your Camp or Lodge.
